Same-Day ENT Surgeries

Our board‑certified surgeons perform all ENT surgeries on an outpatient basis. You come in the morning and go home in the evening. Our surgeons specialize in the three most popular procedures for adults and children.

Our Three Specialties :

1. Tonsillectomy Surgery

Removes the palatine tonsils. It treats chronic tonsillitis, sleep apnea, or frequent sore throats. We use coblation or cold plasma surgery—modern techniques that typically result in less pain and faster healing. The patient leaves the center 4–6 hours after surgery.

2. Ear Tube Surgery

Commonly performed in children but also helps adults with recurrent effusion or barotrauma. The procedure takes 10–15 minutes under mask sedation. The tubes equalize pressure in the middle ear and immediately eliminate infections.

3. Sinus Surgery

Includes endoscopic polysinusotomy, balloon sinuplasty, and polyp removal. We perform these procedures through natural openings without incisions, under high-definition endoscope guidance. Patients can breathe freely the next day.

Equipment & Patient Care

Our center is equipped with 4K endoscopes, microdebriders, and coblation devices. Our experienced staff ensures comfortable care for both children and adults throughout the entire process—from arrival to discharge.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long is the recovery period after a tonsillectomy?

Usually 7–10 days. For the first three days, we recommend soft, cool foods such as purees, yogurt, or ice cream. Full healing takes two weeks. We will provide detailed instructions and contact information at the center.

2. Do ear tubes fall out on their own?

Yes, they are temporary devices. They usually fall out on their own within 6–12 months, and the hole in the eardrum heals. The frequency of middle ear infections drops dramatically. If the tube hasn’t fallen out after two years, our doctors can easily remove it in the outpatient office.

3. Do I need to be hospitalized after sinus surgery?

No. We perform the surgery endoscopically, without incisions or packing. Sometimes we use soft and self-absorbing materials. You are observed for 2–4 hours, then go home. You can wash your hair the next day and return to non-strenuous work within 1–2 days.
