Same-Day Gynecological Surgery

Gynecological surgery is a significant decision. But modern surgery is no longer synonymous with large incisions, lengthy recovery, and fear. At Advanced Family Surgery Center, we perform a full range of procedures, preserving your health, comfort, and, where possible, your reproductive function. Without unnecessary stress or outdated techniques, we use only proven technologies and certified surgeons. We perform gynecological surgeries on an outpatient basis. You arrive in the morning and return home in the evening. This modern alternative to hospitalization allows you to maintain your normal rhythm of life without a lengthy hospitalization.

Procedure & Technology

Our board-certified gynecological surgeons perform a wide range of minimally invasive procedures:

  • Hysteroscopy involves the removal of polyps, submucosal fibroids, uterine septa, and adhesions.
  • Laparoscopic surgeries include the removal of ovarian cysts, myomectomy of small fibroids, adhesiolysis, and sterilization. Cervical conization is useful for dysplasia or early-stage cancer.
  • Insertion and removal of intrauterine contraceptive devices in complex cases.

Advanced Equipment

Our center is equipped with 4K hysteroscopes, laparoscopic stands with narrow optics, electrosurgical generators, and vascular coagulation systems. All surgeries are performed under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. We use local anesthesia, sedation, or short-acting intravenous anesthesia.

Patient Care

We listen. We explain. We stay with you every step of the way. Our experienced, patient-focused team supports you from consultation to recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can you perform laparoscopy on large cysts or fibroids?

Yes, if the size allows for surgery through 3-5 mm punctures and the expected blood loss is minimal. The surgeon makes the decision after an ultrasound. Very large lesions may require hospitalization.

2. Will there be pain after hysteroscopy or laparoscopy?

Typically, patients experience a slight nagging pain in the lower abdomen, similar to menstruation. However, this pain subsides within 1-2 days. We provide recommendations for safe pain relievers.

3. How soon after surgery can you plan to become pregnant?

It depends on the type of procedure. After hysteroscopic removal of a polyp or small fibroid, you can plan to become pregnant after 1-2 cycles; after laparoscopic myomectomy, after 6-12 months. Of course, these are average timelines. We assess each case individually. Our surgeon will provide a personalized recovery and monitoring plan.
